CLOVERFIELD!

I cannot begin to explain how awesome this movie is. You just have to see it, in fact, everyone has too see it.

The was the movie was shot, with the hand held camera, made it so much more intense. The shaking and everything made you feel like you are in the movie. However, lots of people get sick from this, and I've heard of people even barfing in the theatre. I'm so glad that I didn't ruin the movie by watching the crappy downloaded version I have. I can't explain how amazing this movie is, just pay the ten bucks and see it.

Never, before, have I seen a movie where everything was perfect. Cloverfield is the only movie I can call perfect. 10/10, *****, A+

Movies: The Real Camera Behind Cloverfield

I'm seeing the movie Cloverfield tonight, and I will write a response to it when I get back, but in the meantime, I have this. Apparently, the whole story was supposed to be shot with a cheap consumer camera, and recorded onto a SD card.... but it wasn't. I'm very excited to see this movie and I downloaded a torrent for it, but the quality is terrible. I heard good things about Cloverfield, so I decided that I wouldn't ruin it by watching it in shitty quality.

Geekery: The Truth about the 360's "Red Ring of Death".

As a Xbox 360 owner, I live in fear. What is it that I fear? The dreaded, "Red Ring of Death". The "RRoD" is three red lights on the Xbox 360 indicator, representing "general hardware failure". After the console launch, Microsoft claimed that the failure rate of the console was average, 3 - 5%. An insider who worked on the xbox 360 project for years tells us that it is more like 30%.

There haven't been alot of updates on the site lately, but that's because of me not having access to a computer while I was visiting with relatives. You know how it is.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I posted any photos, but today I decided to go down to the Oak Bay Harbor to take some. Since I live in Victoria, it was raining of course. However, I managed to get some good pictures. I intend to use these in a picture frame for a Christmas present for my grandparents. Hopefully they will enjoy it.

Random: "The Shittiest Roommate"

The following story goes into detail about the horror of a college student's roommate. I've read a few of these, but this one is by-far the most gruesome/awesome. Let's just say, this guy's roommate gets so obnoxious that the student eventually just barricades his room off from the rest of the apartment.

This is a must read, it's long, but worth it.
